President Obama's appearance on "The Late Show with David Letterman" gave the program its best rating since February 2010, CBS announced on Wednesday. From the network's release:
In New York, on CBS Owned Station WCBS-TV, the LATE SHOW delivered 495,000 viewers and a 2.6 rating in adults 25-54, making it the most-watched episode of THE LATE SHOW in New York since Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008 and highest-rated episode in adults 25-54 since Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2006.
