Following the Obama campaign ad with Mitt Romney singing “America the Beautiful,” the Romney campaign releases an ad featuring guess what?

Yes, that’s right: the now-famous clip of Obama singing that Al Green song, while the advertisement slams him for “rewarding his biggest donors.”

Three points:

1) Most people who aren’t wingnuts actually found it charming when Obama sang that song.

2) It’s pretty amazing to see Romney trying to criticize Obama for his donors, when Romney himself has collected tens of millions of dollars from an assortment of far right billionaires like Sheldon Adelson and the Koch Brothers.
