This came up in one of my seeds...and I was just wondering....what are everybody's favorite websites and/or blogs that they access daily to get their news? I'm always looking for new sites, partly because I get bored with the old ones, some are too partisan, and some seem too gossipy.

For straight news, I read the following:

Think Progress -- thinkprogress.org (left-leaning, well-sourced political news)

Wonkblog -- washingtonpost.com/blogs/ezra-klein/ (non-partisan domestic analysis)

The Browser -- thebrowser.com (collection of good writing on lots of topics from around the web)

Jezebel - jezebel.com (sarcastic and gossipy all-over-the-place entertainment, political, feminist news)
